If you keep getting spam messages, you can always increase the level or if you are scared that you may miss an authentic message, you can combine the automated filter with a custom one and forward all messages from a specific sender to a different email account. If you decide that you no longer require a spam filter for a given email account, you can disable it with no more than a few mouse clicks.

You can have a different level of protection for each email account and you can select if the filtered emails should be erased or re-sent to a separate email address where you can view them at a later point in time in order to make sure that you will not omit genuine messages. Switching to some other level of protection or deactivating the anti-spam protection is also easy and takes a couple of mouse clicks.
